The Pico Neighborhood Association (PNA) is focused on providing a family-centered approach to leadership in our community.
Established in 1979, the PNA is a non-profit organization that has been involved in a wide variety of issues – crime & safety, housing, neighborhood conditions, commercial development, City Hall watch, youth activities, parks, and traffic control.
